Own A Pony Days – Tuesday

A great opportunity to experience how it feels to own a pony. Learn the daily routine of looking after a pony.

There are plenty of opportunities to collect rosettes on the day with; quizzes, challenges and games.
Here is an Example Timetable:
09.30 Arrival
Prepare your pony for a ride: grooming, tacking up.
Morning Ride: usually a lesson.
Themed Stable Management Session, such as; feeding, points of the pony, mucking out, tacking up, tack cleaning, quizzes and fun games.
Settle your Pony for their lunch.
Lunch break: The Tea Wagon is open on the day so you can buy something warm to eat. Alternatively you can bring a packed lunch.
An afternoon ride: either; a lesson, a hack round the 100 of acres.
Themed Stable Management Session, such as; feeding, points of the pony, mucking out, tacking up, tack cleaning, quizzes and fun games.
Prepare your pony ready for bed.
Pick up time – 16.00

Bring weather appropriate clothing and remember suntan lotion if necessary.
